Not yet — in Alpha, profiles live on a single device. Cross-device sharing and family accounts are planned for a future release.
Currently, all profiles (your own, children, parents, pets) live on the device where you created them. They are not synced to a cloud account or shareable with another phone.
This is a deliberate early-stage decision: keeping data on-device is part of our privacy architecture, and building secure cross-device sync requires careful design to avoid compromising that guarantee.
In the meantime, the workaround is to set up all profiles on one primary device (typically the primary caregiver's phone).
