Dietozaur's AI accuracy depends on the quality of information in your profile and the complexity of the question — for common foods and well-documented conditions, it performs well; for rare conditions or very specific clinical questions, it may be less reliable.
Accuracy is highest when your profile is complete (allergies, dietary restrictions, relevant lab values noted) and the question is specific (e.g. "Is this ingredient safe for my daughter's walnut allergy?") rather than vague.
Dietitians participate in our quality improvement process — they review scenario sets to validate that common question types receive safe, sensible responses. We never claim 100% accuracy, and the app always recommends consulting a professional for clinical decisions.
If you see a response that seems wrong, use the thumbs-down feedback button — it goes directly to our review queue.
