Your profile data is stored on your device — not on any server. For AI processing, queries are sent to OpenAI Ireland Ltd., which is EU-based.
Dietozaur's architecture is designed to minimise data leaving your device. Your profiles, lab results, family member data, and conversation history are stored in encrypted local storage on your phone. Dietozaur's backend servers are stateless — they process requests but do not store your health data.
For AI responses, each query travels to OpenAI Ireland Ltd. (Dublin) — an EU legal entity — under our GDPR Data Processing Agreement. EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) apply to any transfers outside the EU.
Our legal entity (Om Fund Operations sp. z o.o.) is Polish — subject to Polish and EU data protection law, with UODO as supervisory authority.
